What exactly does the 17% cover?

Everything operational: listing management across Airbnb and booking platforms, guest communication from first message to check-out, professional cleaning coordination after every stay, and your monthly owner report. Maintenance costs — repairs, replacement supplies — are billed separately at actual cost with full receipts.

How do I receive my income?

On the first of each month we send your owner report and transfer the net revenue directly to your bank account — anywhere in the world. The fee is deducted before transfer, so there is nothing else to calculate.

Can I use the villa myself?

Of course — your villa stays yours. Block your preferred dates in advance and we will ensure it is fully cleaned and guest-ready for your personal arrival. Owner stays are simply blocked in the calendar, nothing more.

Do I need to be in Bali?

Not at all. Our entire service is designed for owners who are not based locally. From your first enquiry to your monthly report, everything can be handled remotely. Most of our owners are in Europe and never set foot in Pererenan between their own holidays.
